Workout plan

This workout plan is a high-frequency Push/Pull/Legs routine focused mainly on building muscle and getting stronger over time. It’s simple, repeatable, and easy to follow, with only a few key movements done every day. Each session uses low volume and only two sets per exercise so recovery stays high while still progressing in weight and reps over time.  Nutrition 

 

Nutrition is a very important aspect, when it comes to building muscle. The focus will be on the most important parts: total calories, macronutrients, timing and food quality.  The aim is to focus on consistency rather than perfection.  When consuming the right foods at the right time, you can have better training and make more progress.
